Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and confirmed.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship to eligible domestic and international destinations.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped (not when the order is placed).

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Address changes after shipment

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, it is considered delivered.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Packages left unattended by the carrier
  • Carrier-delivered errors outside our control

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery investigations.


Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Force majeure events

Delays do not qualify for refunds.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.


Refused or Returned Shipments

Refused shipments or unclaimed deliveries may be returned to us. Any reshipment or refund will be subject to:

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping fees
  • Applicable restocking fees
