We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, unopened, and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Items that show any signs of use, wear, opening, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at lumierecocareteam@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Any items returned without prior authorization will be refused and not refunded.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- A restocking fee of up to 29% may be applied to cover processing, inspection, and operational costs
Refunds are issued minus applicable fees once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.
Health & Safety / Personal-Use Items (No Returns)
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable once opened or used:
- Personal care items
- Beauty or cosmetic products
- Skincare, wellness, or hygiene products
- Any product intended for direct personal use
Once opened, used, or tampered with, these items cannot be returned or refunded as they pose a health and safety risk.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used personal-use items
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements listed above and must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 7–10 business days
- Bank or card issuer posting times may vary

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Lumière Co, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
We actively dispute unauthorized chargebacks using:
- Delivery confirmation
- Carrier tracking
- Customer communications
- Proof of policy acceptance at checkout
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of refund eligibility.

Right to Refuse Service
Lumière Co reserves the right to:
- Deny returns that do not meet eligibility requirements
- Refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive return behavior
